Just by asking ... or at least registering. 
The Giving Gown Foundation offers an annual Boutique Day ~ when we give away gowns.  
Boutique Day 2012 will be held on March 30 & 31, 2012.

We strive to reach out to as many girls as are in need.  Our only requirement is that you are a high school Junior or Senior, actively enrolled in school, and attending your own Prom. 
A school ID or letter showing enrollment will be required.
